This laboratory was established with the aim of providing supplementary topics in the field of mechatronics for the students of this field. The main focus of this lab is on two subjects. Programmable industrial displays or HMI, which are an integral part of automation systems. In fact, this part of the system is the user's connection with the equipment, and in this way, he can view the settings of all parts and change them. Therefore, it is necessary for mechatronics students to have worked with at least one of the HMI systems. Therefore, in this laboratory, the equipment necessary to work with Delta brand displays is available, and students can learn this topic completely. Industrial networks that are very important. By means of industrial networks, it is possible to connect different equipment with each other. In an automation or mechatronic system, it is necessary for different equipment to exchange information with each other. For example, a temperature controller that is controlling the temperature of a tank locally, reports its temperature to the PLC again and again so that the PLC can take necessary actions based on the temperature limits. The PLC also sends this temperature to the display so that the user can see the temperature value. According to this example, we can understand the necessity of industrial networks in small and large systems. The title of the contents of this lab and the time required for each are as follows:
